By using the Imput App, Portal, Website, or any associated services (referred to as the “Service”), you (referred to as ‘you’ or the ‘user’) agree to comply with these general terms and conditions (Terms of Use). These terms, along with the Imput Privacy and Cookie Policy, govern the relationship between Imput ApS CVR: 43840045 (referred to as ‘Imput’, ‘us’, or ‘we’) and yourself. Our services are delivered through various channels, including but not limited to our app, portal, website, RFID-keys, and chargepoints (referred to as ‘services’, ‘app’, or ‘platform’).
Pricing
All prices displayed on our platform include VAT for private consumers and are exclusive for businesses. Prior to initiating a charging session, prices and fees, including an estimate of the total cost, will be shown. Personal use of Imput is free, but certain services may incur charges. Enterprise customers have monthly subscription plans and usage fees. Physical goods sold on the Imput Shop have clear prices. Charging fees may include energy consumption, parking, and session duration. Additional fees may apply for reservations and no-shows. Imput provides receipts for charging and other transactions on our platform.
Imput reserves the right to add a fee at the start of each charging session, which will be displayed on our platform before initiating the session. Pricing at chargepoints may vary and will be visible before starting a charging session on our platform.
Payment
Imput offers various payment methods, including Wallet, debit/credit cards, and invoices. When using debit/credit cards, an estimate of the total transaction will be reserved on the card upon session authorization. The total amount will be collected after the session is completed. When purchasing physical items, the order amount will be reserved on your card until the package is sent. Once the order is dispatched, the amount will be collected. Invoices can be sent via mail or email and accessed in our app. Payment is due within 8 days from the invoice date, and unpaid amounts may incur a monthly charge of 1.5% or the maximum allowed by law. Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension and termination.
Use of Chargepoints
When using a charging point on our platform, it is your responsibility to comply with local rules and regulations and follow the instructions provided by the operator. You are also responsible for using the equipment safely and adhering to any displayed information. If a chargepoint is damaged or its status does not correspond to the actual state, please contact Imput at info@imput.dk.
Withdrawal of Products and Services
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving a Product. To initiate a withdrawal, notify Imput at info@imput.dk and return the Products within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Imput will refund the payments within 14 days, excluding delivery costs. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. You are liable for any diminished value of the Products due to excessive handling.
Regarding charging services, no withdrawal is possible after a charging session is completed. Cancellation may incur a reasonable payment for services already delivered. For any defects in the delivered Products, please contact Imput at info@imput.dk.
RFID-Key
In our platform, you have the option to register your own RFID-keys or order RFID-keys via our platform. When connecting an RFID-Key to our service, the key represents you and the associated payment method (credit/debit card or Wallet). If you lose your charging key or the mobile phone with the Imput app, you are obligated to notify us immediately. We may block your access to the Services to prevent further misuse. Failure to notify Imput promptly after discovering the misuse may result in liability for incurred losses in accordance with applicable law.
Wallet
The Wallet in the Imput app is a virtual payment method for charging your EV. It can be funded through the app or a connected charge key. Deposits can be made manually or automatically, and there are no fees for deposits or withdrawals. Transactions should be monitored, and any incorrect registrations or misuse should be reported to Imput. Users are responsible for payments made with the Wallet, but Imput covers losses due to unauthorized use if the user complies with the terms and reports the incident promptly.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your Wallet has sufficient funds to complete a transaction. If your Wallet has a negative balance, we will notify you to deposit new funds. Prior to adding new funds, we reserve the right to suspend your ability to initiate new transactions using your Wallet. If no new funds are added to your Wallet within 7 days of the first warning, your account may be blocked and closed until new funds have been added. Any Credits received through referrals or promotions are non-withdrawable and subject to expiration. These credits expire 6 months from the date of issuance to the wallet, unless otherwise stated. Credits issued on the platform can only be used for charging your EV and cannot be used in the Imput store to purchase physical products.
Force Majeure & Termination
Neither party shall be held responsible for any delay or inability to fulfill their obligations under this Agreement (excluding payment obligations) if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, blockades, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, power or telecommunication disruptions, or government actions.
Either party has the right to terminate this Agreement at any time and without notice for any reason. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be discontinued. Certain provisions of this Agreement, including payment obligations, confidentiality obligations, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability, will continue to apply even after termination. This means that any existing claims or obligations related to previous charging sessions, including the payment for such sessions, will remain in effect despite the termination.
Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by Danish law. In case of any disputes that cannot be resolved through our own means, seek resolution with the Danish Consumer Complaints Board or the Danish Center for Complaints Resolution. Online Dispute Resolution is available. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through these means shall be exclusively settled by the City Court of Copenhagen.
Policy Modifications
Imput may modify or update the Terms of Use at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on this webpage. Users will be notified of any significant changes. By continuing to use the Services after any modifications or updates, users agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Use. If the changes are unacceptable, users have the right to terminate this Agreement by discontinuing their use of the Services.
